ORDERING

Most major credit cards are accepted. A full list of accepted payment methods is available at checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox. Try also adding shop@mubi.com to your email contact list. If you are still having issues, contact us at shop@mubi.com. We’d be happy to help.

All current products in the MUBI SHOP are limited edition with limited stock, so unfortunately they will not be available again once sold out. Please do check back though. There are many exciting new items coming soon!

Currently, the MUBI SHOP is only available in the UK. We hope to launch in more countries in 2021.

SHIPPING

Shipping is currently only available within the UK.

Shipping takes 7-10 business days. DEEP RED posters will not ship until the week of December 14th.

Standard shipping costs £5.99.

CANCEL / RETURNS

Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubi.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order.

Exchanges are not available; however, if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at shop@mubi.com and we can replace the item.

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at shop@mubi.com to process the return. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping.
