ORDERING
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards are accepted. A full list of accepted payment methods is available at checkout.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox. Try also adding shop@mubi.com to your email contact list. If you are still having issues, contact us at shop@mubi.com. We’d be happy to help.
What do I do if something I like is out of stock?
Limited edition items unfortunately will not be available again once sold out. Other items may be periodically restocked. Please do check back or reach out to shop@mubi.com.
What is the status of my order?
You will be notified via email about all order status updates. If you have an immediate question about your order, please email us at shop@mubi.com. We’d be happy to help.
When will the shop be launching in my country?
Currently, the MUBI SHOP is only available in the UK. We hope to launch in more countries in 2023.

Shipping is currently only available within the UK.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Shipping takes 2-4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs £5.99.
I messed up my address! Can I fix it?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubi.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address.
My order says it’s been delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubi.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are not available; however, if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at shop@mubi.com and we can replace the item.
Can I return my order?
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at shop@mubi.com to process the return. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping.
