What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards are accepted. A full list of accepted payment methods is available at checkout.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox. Try also adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contact list. If you are still having issues, contact us at email@example.com. We’d be happy to help.
What do I do if something I like is out of stock?
Limited edition items unfortunately will not be available again once sold out. Other items may be periodically restocked. Please do check back or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the status of my order?
You will be notified via email about all order status updates. If you have an immediate question about your order, please email us at email@example.com. We’d be happy to help.
When will the shop be launching in my country?
Currently, the MUBI SHOP is only available in the UK and the US. We hope to launch in more countries in 2024.
Where can I ship?
Shipping is currently only available within the UK and the US.
When can I expect to receive my order?
[UK] Shipping takes 2-4 business days.
[US] Orders are shipped within a week. After shipment is made, orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
[UK] Standard shipping costs £5.99.
[US] Shipping costs are determined at checkout upon entering your delivery address.
I messed up my address! Can I fix it?
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address.
My order says it’s been delivered but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are not available; however, if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com and we can replace the item.
Can I return my order?
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process the return. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping.
